Concurex is an indispensable tool across a wide range of construction projects where concrete plays a critical role. It is ideally suited for any scenario demanding rapid and precise concrete strength monitoring, including:
1- Precast Concrete Manufacturing Facilities: Optimize production cycles and curing times for precast elements, improving throughput.
2- Building Construction (Residential & Commercial): Accurately determine the optimal time for formwork removal and safe load application, speeding up floor cycles.
3- Infrastructure Projects (Bridges, Tunnels, Dams): Ensure the critical strength and longevity of large-scale and vital concrete structures.
4- Road and Pavement Construction: Swiftly assess concrete readiness for traffic, minimizing disruption.
5- Specialized and Sensitive Projects: Where high precision, strict timelines, and maximum safety are paramount.
How Concurex Works?
CONCUREX is at the forefront of concrete curing technology, offering a solution that combines precision, efficiency and innovation, measuring all the chemical and physical properties of concrete with extraordinary accuracy during curing, independent of environmental factors (such as temperature, pressure and humidity), from the moment the process begins. By analyzing the signals responses from the concrete, Concurex accurately calculates its real maturity based on predefined algorithms (for your mix design). This, in turn, estimates the compressive strength and curing of the concrete at any given moment. This critical information is then presented as easy-to-read and actionable data for engineers and contractors, enabling unparalleled insight into the concrete’s progress in some steps;
Step 1: Concrete embedding and connection
From the very first concrete pour, ultra-durable elements are embedded directly into the concrete mix. These elements are connected to our durable data hubs installed throughout the structure. The engineering and supervision team immediately ensures that they have complete coverage from day one.
Step 2: System connection
Once the sensors are set up, they connect those hubs to their cloud-based CONCUREX control platform via a mobile app. The system allows the quality control team to easily monitor the curing status on the jobsite from their mobile app without having to be on site and without having to make complex settings.
Step 3: Continuous Live Monitoring
As the curing begins, the construction company’s quality engineer can view real-time temperature, humidity, and early strength, compressive strength, and electrical resistivity curves of the concrete, all available on a reporting dashboard, with alerts appearing immediately if any parameter falls outside the ideal range.
Step 4: Correlation Curve Analysis
Our platform compares live data with proven historical curing profiles. The platform highlights deviations, such as slower strength gains due to cooler nighttime temperatures, and recommends on-site corrective actions or admixture adjustments.
Step 5: Mix Design Calibration
With the initial concreting completed, the quality lab calibrates the concrete mix. We input custom calibration factors into the platform and refine the correlation curves so that the system fully reflects the actual site materials and environmental conditions.
Step 6: Continuously Monitor Data Collection
As construction progresses, the system continuously collects strength and environmental data on all pours and slabs. The team reviews daily trends, identifies outliers, and verifies batch-to-batch consistency.

Step 7: Predictive Modeling for Optimal Performance
In the CONCUREX platform, AI-powered prediction engines use live element data along with weather forecasts to estimate the optimal time for each section to reach a specified strength. CONCUREX allows site engineers to answer questions such as:
-Can we safely place the next steel floor tomorrow morning?
-Can they move precast sections from temporary storage to the main storage location?
Step 8: Project Transfer
When the parts reach the strength thresholds, CONCUREX automatically marks those elements as ready for transfer and notifies quality engineers of actions such as removing supports, applying loads or subsequent transactions. Then, upon project completion, we provide a comprehensive digital handover report: reports on the curing process and changes in concrete parameters, graphs of the changes in the physical and chemical properties of the concrete and strength trend charts, calibration records and final certification.
